 I would tell you, yes, the only way. You will start to look different too.

How do you embark a new lifestyle of the diets? I am not used to.

To truly taking care of yourself, you need to have less outside activities. You need to focus on making the juice, buying the fruits and vegetables, stack them up, peel them, clean them, juicing them, and put them in the bottle. You might keep doing that for 2 round in a day, for you to have some preparation of serious fruit juice drinkers. You mix in between the hours, with some waters, and you keep your fitness program going, like the walking, the jogging, the running.

What if I am hungry?

Then don't do something to overly done, walking is sufficient, and come home, you can drink the juice to feel you can have a salad later on. I add the chips in, and that is almost like my treat and the foods.

Chips are the foods?

Not really great food, but they serve like a bread crumb, when you eat a salad.

Right. Do you need to spend a lot of time cleaning the juicer and the pulps?

You have to make it into a routine. When I am by myself, I always just do it for my convenient time.
