If you go to the doctor's offices, or some books, you will see the entire body are blood enclouse with the muscle that embedded in the skins, its because if you open up your skin, the bloods will come out. Your blood vessel carries the blood to every parts of your body, from your feet, to the brain, every part of the body, requires the blood to feed in the system that contains all the tissues, organs, that they are just the groups name of the cells in a large format, we define the individual body parts.

No. The liver is the liver cells. They are just a bigger name, to say, liver, but they are all just liver cells.

So why don't they just say the liver cells. 

Because the entire Liver is the area where the bloods goes. You have different region of a liver looks like to you, not just all called they are liver cells, which still are all correct, but you say the whole things is a liver. The whole things.
