You are not the body. When you feel hungry, you only need to resist, and do a period of fasting, you will start to Mastery this sense of yours, called the hunger.
I cannot help it, I like to have 3 meals a day and solid food. I got really unhappy, or unstable, or sad, if I don't touch the food in my mouth.
I know that. I used to do that. But when I start to experimenting my body, I started it with the hunger and Stevia. Because I used to eat chocolate in the vending machine on Campus.

That means, to house the spirit of God "within the Temple of God", you need a lot a lot a lot a lot of works to pacify your mind, watch your speech, care about your action, but formost, your fitness programs how you educate your body, to be slim, and fit, to immune to the cold and harsh weather, that in the different parts of the worlds.

No. The body is from the DNA, the temple of God is the body, you are a frameworks of God given to you to "keep the house clean". The mind clean, the body clean, the thoughts clean.
