Right, there is no immediate occuring situation that can modify, that you see muscle of your limbs? Its already made from the DNA/RNA process. Its already done when you were a baby. These will not turn back time to DNA or RNA, nor will it be repaired if you stretch them over ....muscles cells once distort....you see...I always see these Victoria Secrets models doing all those heavy pulling....as if i am an idiot to go and tell them, if you damage your mucles cells, there is no repairing mechanism, does your trainer, ever telling you that?

Just does stretching of the tendon, ligaments to do it so slowly to feel each join and muscle connection, and not to damage on it.
